Process
1. We love to connect with you! Meet with us on zoom to describe your event and receive a quote.

2. Meet with your graphic recorder for a 45 min logistics meeting discussing your needs for colours, logos, social media and agenda.
3. We arrive an hour early for the event to set up our easles and boards and prepare the titles before your guests arrive.
4. We take the paper for scanning and laminating and mail the completed recording and email the digital file.
Create a collaborative mural space to harvest the stories from your online event. Have us show up virtually on a screen in your live event or watch the graphic recording unfold as one of the zoom screen participants in your online event. We draw on an ipad with a digital pen giving you more options for edits and reuse of imagery.
Use an engaging narrative to explain processes to your audience. For this, we meet with your team weekly for several weeks to co-create the narrative and improve drafts to get a spectacular result. A wonderful side effect of this process is that the team who co-creates the narrative also becomes more aligned on the process they are describing.
